Successive CV Attacks at the age 60, 62, 63

Third attack on date 12.01.1994

Clinical Features on 24th May 1996

           Right Hemiplegia

                   Pulse Rate: 100 per mt.

                   BP: 190/112 Hg

                   LVF with peptic ulcers

                   Stiffness in joints with restricted movements

                  

Muscles Strength-

          Right Upper Limb: 0/5

            Right Lower Limb: 0/5

            Planter Reflex:        Positive

 

Sensory -

          Right Upper Limb: Sense Nil

            Right Lower Limb: Sense Nil

 

Assessment after 7 days, on 31st, May 1996

               After psychoplasty treatment

 

Muscles Strength-

          Right Upper Limb:  3+/5

            Right Lower Limb:  3/5

            Planter Reflex:         Positive

 

Sensory -

          Right Upper Limb:  Regained normal sense

            Right Lower Limb:  Regained normal sense
