· Vision- Normal
· Hearing- Normal
· Speech- Low volume, slurred quality
· Orientation- very poor about name, place, events, persons
· Intelligence- Can understand but difficulty to follow the commands.
Memory-
· Restored memory noticed about nothing
· Long term memory- She can only recall her name
· Short term random memory- Unable recall any name, place etc. properly
Obsession in any thing randomly
Poor concentration, skipping ideas
Behavior and emotions-
· Unable to express to yourself
· Indefinite to smiling, weeping, laughing.
Muscles Tone and Sensory-
· Left U/L: 4-/5 Sensory: Reduced
· Right U/L: 3+/5 Sensory: Normal
· Left L/L: 3+/5 Sensory: Reduced
· Right L/L: 3++/5 Sensory: Normal
Unable to swallow solid food except liquid
Bladder and bowel control - Random
Blood Pressure- Right Arm: 128/60 Left Arm: 90/60
She is always looking restless and mentally engaged, lonely talking
Clinical feature on 22.09.2010 after Psychoplasty treatment-
Higher mental functions-
· Vision- Normal
· Hearing- Normal
· Speech- Improved up to Normal level
· Orientation- not much improved
· Intelligence- Can understand but difficulty to follow the commands.
Memory-
· She can recall and recite "Hanuman Chaalisa" (A-4 size of 2 pages text)
· She can remember some past events, names, dates etc.
Voluntary Functions-
· She can swallow several types of solid food and liquids
· Saliva control
