Facial Palsy- Left side of lower lip overlapped by upper lip, tented lips toward right,while laughing, food and drinks droop from left side. |

Unclear voice- Lips function is paralyzed, voice is not clear. |

Reduced muscles bulk- Left shoulder's muscles bulk is noticeably reduced. |

Reduced stability of shoulder joint- Subluxated humerus head from glenoid cavity- two inch groove seen between the joint. |

Hyper tonic contracture, rigidity, spasticity toward flexion position. |

Interlocked joints movements due to the synergy of group muscles work. |

Rigidity in joints- Affected joints are almost rigid, reduced ROM. |

Immobility in joints- Knee, ankle, wrist joints are immovable, ROM=0 |

Feeling unbearable weight in affected limbs. |

Difficulty to memorizing the numerical aptitudes. |
