A accident took place at home on November 23, 2009.
The client had spinal injury of D-6, with complete paraplegia involved bladder and bowel.

Decompression of spinal cord has been managed by Leminactomy
at D-6 fixation of D-5 to D-8 with pedicle screws.

Admitted in National Institute for Orthopedically Handicapped, Kolkata, from 14.01.2011 to 29.04.2011
